All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Should there be any delays with your shipment, we will provide a detailed email and/or phone call, which ever the customer states, otherwise by default we will communicate through email, as to the reason for the delay.
We will only ship products Monday-Friday, and in emergency’s only, will ship on the weekend, but customer should contact us if needed sooner. We will charge accordingly to the products that need faster shipping and the customer is responsible for paying the extra charges. Mega Treasures nor its third-party partners are not responsible for extra charges accrued.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO adresses.
Upon confirmation of payment, customer will receive an email with a tracking number. Please give 24 hours before tracking as it may take the system to process longer.
Mega Treasures is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Mega Treasures is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We do not ship to anywhere internationally at this time.
We offer Returns on products if the package is not opened. Customer has 30 days to return and make a claim. Customer has the option to have a refund and/or replacement. Product must be sent back before any refund or replacement will be issued. Return charges will be the customers responsibility, and Mega Treasures will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property upon return or delivery.
